• Repair

  Loose hardware, doors that stick, small patches, squeaks, and the fix that never made the weekend.

• Drywall and Ceiling

  Holes, cracks, popped nails, and small patches. Full ceiling replacement is a different conversation.

• Remodel

  Small, defined updates — a vanity swap, a closet refresh. Whole-house remodels and permit-heavy gut jobs are outside what we take on.

• Window and Door

  Sticking doors, weatherstripping, hardware, and screens. Full window replacement is usually a specialist job.

• Safety and Mobility

  Grab bars, railings, and simple accessibility hardware. We install what you name; we don’t do medical assessments or insurance paperwork.

• Assembly

  Furniture, shelving, and the box that arrived this week. If it’s a specialty install, we’ll say so before anyone starts.

• Floors

  Loose boards, transition strips, and small repairs. Full-room flooring depends on the material — describe it and we’ll quote or pass.

• Painting

  A room, touch-ups, or trim. We are not a whole-house paint crew.

• Carpentry

  Trim, shelves, small wood repairs, and doors. Custom cabinets and shop-built work are outside what we take on.

• Plumbing

  Faucets, fixtures, toilets, and minor leaks.

  If it needs a licensed plumber or a permit, we say so before anyone starts.

• Lighting and Electrical

  Fixture swaps, a new switch, hanging a light.

  Panel work and new circuits go to a licensed electrician — we’ll tell you that up front.

• Other

  The leftover list. Describe it in the estimate form and we’ll tell you whether we can help.
